I appreciate the safety features like the fire fighting system and earthquake-resistant structure. The jogging track and gymnasium are great for staying active after work. My only slight concern is the distance to Thaltej Metro Station, which is over nearby, making daily commutes a bit longer if I need to use the metro. But the overall amenities and the developer's promises are good.
