The location in Central East Ahmedabad is quite central, with the airport nearby. I was impressed by the variety of amenities, especially the Movie Theatre and the Grand Banquet Hall for Events, which are great for entertaining guests. The developer, Sheetal Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, has provided a good quality construction. One issue we are facing is the parking; it feels a bit cramped, especially with multiple vehicles. However, the proximity to hospitals like BAPS Yogiji Maharaj Hospital (0 KM) makes it very convenient.

Having Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Ahmedabad and BAPS Yogiji Maharaj Hospital practically at nearby is a huge plus for future planning. The amenities like the swimming pool and mini theatre are also very attractive. The location near the River Front Park is nice for evening walks. We did notice some traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou, but overall the convenience is hard to beat. Sheetal Infrastructure Pvt Ltd seems to have delivered a good product here.
