We opted for a 965 square feet unit. The building has essential amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply. The jogging track is a nice addition for evening walks. While the project was completed in 2012, it feels quite livable. The price was in the upper range of our budget, around 50 Lakh, but the location and ready-to-move status justified it. The road leading to the complex could be a bit wider, sometimes causing minor traffic congestion.
