The most significant advantage is its location directly adjacent to Surekha Hospital, making my commute virtually nonexistent. Pallavi Model School is also right there, which is good to know for the future. I'm looking at plots in the 1373 Sq.ft to 4617 Sq.ft range, with prices from 6.4 Lakh to 21.52 Lakh. While the location is perfect for my professional needs, the immediate surroundings are still under development, so there's a bit of construction noise and dust. However, the convenience of being so close to work and having essential services within immediate reach outweighs this concern for me. It's a ready to move plot, so we can start planning our house design right away. My only worry is the dust from surrounding areas as it's still developing.
