The location is quite convenient, being right opposite Innova Childrens Hospital and close to Tarnaka Metro Station. I looked at a 3 BHK flat which had a built-up area of around 1450 Sq.ft. It felt spacious enough for me. ShantaSriram Constructions Pvt Ltd seems to have a decent track record. The surrounding area is quite developed. I am happy with the decision so far.
