It's ready to move in, so I can settle in quickly. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure and the sewage treatment plant, which shows good planning by Shaligram DevelopeThe Vadaj Metro Station is also nearby, which is helpful for commuting within the city. The surrounding area is developing nicely.

The over 80% open green area is also a nice touch. The only slight issue is the traffic on Chandlodia Gota Road during peak hou, but that's common in Ahmedabad.

The club house facilities look promising for weekend relaxation. The location in North West, Ahmedabad is developing well. The only thing is that the open parking can sometimes be a bit of a hassle if you have guests over, but they also offer car parking. Overall, Shaligram Developehave put together a decent project.

The community buildings and multipurpose room are good additions for family gatherings. We are happy with the overall environment here. The only minor drawback is that the surrounding roads can get dusty during construction phases in nearby areas, but it's manageable.
