My wife really liked the idea of water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems being implemented. The only minor drawback is that Saijyothi Eye Hospital is about 7.7 kilometeaway, which might be a bit far in case of emergencies, but Sunflower Vedic School is quite close at nearby.
