It makes me feel secure knowing there's a school nearby and it’s a well-known landmark. Also, it’s close to Palarivattom Metro Station, which is handy for getting around the city without a car. The apartment is ready to move into, which was a huge plus. My main concern is the construction dust that can sometimes be noticeable due to ongoing developments in the vicinity. However, the flat layout is practical, and the price was within my budget. Skyline Foundation and Structures seem reliable.
