We were looking for a home near Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School, and SFS Branton Park is literally nearby, which is unbelievable convenience for us. We purchased a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1345 Sq.ft. The ready-to-move status was a huge relief. The children's play area is well-maintained and my kids love it. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for our family's safety. While the location is excellent for schools, the Palarivattom Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit of a distance if you rely on the metro. Still, the overall living experience here is positive.

Finding a ready to move apartment in Kakkanad was our priority, and SFS Branton Park fit the bill. We got a 2 BHK, 1030 Sq.ft, which is a good size for us. The location is fantastic, being close to Infopark Road makes our commute to work much shorter. We also appreciate the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it makes the place feel green. The swimming pool is a nice bonus for weekend relaxation. One thing that could be improved is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during evenings. Overall, it's a good place to start our life together.

I was looking for a comfortable place in Kochi and found SFS Branton Park. The 1030 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment is perfect for me. It's ready to move, which saved me a lot of hassle. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind. I like that Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School is right next door, though I don't have kids yet, it shows the area is family-friendly. The landscaping looks nice. My main issue is the parking; it feels a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Apart from that, the overall quality and maintenance seem satisfactory for a project completed in 2008.

The location in Kakkanad is convenient with Seaport - Airport Road nearby, making travel easier. Skyline Foundation and Structures seem to have a decent track record. The swimming pool and gymnasium are good amenities for staying active. My only minor concern is the traffic congestion on the main roads during peak hou, which can be frustrating sometimes. However, for the price point, I think it offegood value.
