My partner and I are looking for our fit home together. We checked out Serenity Status by Status Infra in Ahmedabad. The 3 BHK apartments range from 1161 Sq.ft to 1253 Sq.ft built up. The location in Khodiyar, North West is developing, and it's not too far from S. G. Highway. They have a children's play area and landscaping, which is nice for the future. We liked the idea of vitrified flooring in all rooms and the fully automatic lifts. One thing that is a bit of a drawback is the parking situation; they offer closed car parking, but it might get tight if we have guests over. The project is under construction, so we are waiting to see the final quality.
