We got a unit of 1650 sq.ft, which is quite roomy. The gymnasium is a definite plus for us. The project being ready to move made it easy for us to shift in quickly. Geo Buildedelivered this project some time back, around 2010. The energy management system is an interesting feature. One thing to note is that the Palarivattom Metro Station is nearby, so relying solely on public transport might be inconvenient if you travel far.
