Matoshree Developeseem to have provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a Sub-Station. The area is developing, and it’s good that they have landscaping and tree planting. My only minor concern is the traffic noise from Baner Road sometimes, especially during peak houIt’s something I will need to get used to.
