The 3060 sq.ft 4 BHK flat is quite spacious for us, and the developer Satyamev Developehas included a mini theatre which is a nice touch for movie nights. The location on Science City Road is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houWe liked the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool area. The price point was a bit higher than our initial budget, but the overall quality and amenities made us go for it. We felt the 3 side open apartment feature was a good point for ventilation.

  This is my fit property purchase, and Satyamev Elysium felt like a solid choice. I bought a 4 BHK flat, about 3060 sq.ft, in the price range of 2.65 Crore. The developer Satyamev Developehas equipped the project with necessary amenities like a children's play area and ample car parking. The location on Science City Road is developing well. The project was completed in 2015 and is ready to move in, which was a relief for a fit-time buyer like me. The idea of having a swimming pool and a terrace garden was very appealing. Everything seems to be in order so far.

  Relocating to Ahmedabad for work at Marengo CIMS Hospital, which is conveniently close to Satyamev Elysium, made this project my top choice. I opted for a 4 BHK, 3060 sq.ft flat, prioritizing space and natural light given the 3 open side properties. The developer Satyamev Developehas ensured good connectivity with the SP Ring Road nearby. The availability of an Olympic size swimming pool and a gymnasium is great for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The only small concern is the parking, which might feel a bit tight for multiple vehicles, but for my needs, it is sufficient.

  Upgrading from our rental, we looked for a spacious home and Satyamev Elysium's 4 BHK flats, around 3240 sq.ft, fit our needs perfectly. The developer Satyamev Developehas provided a gymnasium and an internet/Wi-Fi facility, which is great for our work. The project's location near Udgam School (3.31 KM) and Thaltej Metro Station (3.31 KM) is very convenient for our daily commute and for our children's schooling. The project was completed in 2015 and is ready to move. The price of approximately 2.9 Crore was within our reach after saving for a while. The fire fighting system gives us extra peace of mind.

  Our kids will be attending Udgam School, which is only nearby, so the location of Satyamev Elysium was a major factor. We chose a 5 BHK flat, around 5670 sq.ft, which gives everyone plenty of room. The Children's Play Area is well-maintained, and there's also a gymnasium for the adults. Satyamev Developefinished this project in 2015, and it feels quite established now. The Olympic size swimming pool is impressive. The only minor drawback is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can sometimes be an issue, but it usually settles down quickly. Overall, we are happy with the spaciousness and proximity to essential facilities.

The developer Satyamev Developehas provided good security and a functional gymnasium, which are important for me. Being close to Udgam School (3.31 KM) and Marengo CIMS Hospital (3.31 KM) is convenient, even though I don't have children attending the school currently. The project is ready to move, which simplified my buying process. The price was around 2.9 Crore. My only reservation is the distance to the main commercial hubs, which can mean a longer commute sometimes.

The 5 BHK flat we are considering is a large 6300 sq.ft, offering plenty of space for our grandchildren when they visit. Satyamev Developehas included landscaped gardens and tree plantation, making the surroundings pleasant. The proximity to SP Ring Road (3 km) is good for occasional travel. The Olympic size swimming pool is a bonus. While the price for the larger flats can be upwards of 5 Crore, the quality of construction and the peaceful ambiance are worth the investment for our retirement.
