We were looking for something ready to move in North West Ahmedabad and Satyamev Elysium seemed like a good option. The 3060 sq.ft 4 BHK flat is quite spacious for us, and the developer Satyamev Developehas included a mini theatre which is a nice touch for movie nights. The location on Science City Road is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houWe liked the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool area. The price point was a bit higher than our initial budget, but the overall quality and amenities made us go for it. We felt the 3 side open apartment feature was a good point for ventilation.

The Olympic size swimming pool is impressive. The only minor drawback is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can sometimes be an issue, but it usually settles down quickly. Overall, we are happy with the spaciousness and proximity to essential facilities.

The developer Satyamev Developehas provided good security and a functional gymnasium, which are important for me. Being close to Udgam School (3.31 KM) and Marengo CIMS Hospital (3.31 KM) is convenient, even though I don't have children attending the school currently. The project is ready to move, which simplified my buying process. The price was around 2.9 Crore. My only reservation is the distance to the main commercial hubs, which can mean a longer commute sometimes.
