My wife and I visited Satyaayan Niladri Avenue last weekend to look at the villa options. We really liked the gated community setup because it feels much safer than our current apartment. The layout for the 3 BHK villa we saw was quite functional with about 1500 square feet of built up area. It is nice to have a dedicated theme park within the project which will be great for weekends. Satyaayan Genesis has done a decent job with the street lighting and overall security arrangements. The location in Sundarpada is convenient enough for our daily commute to the office. We are still comparing a few other spots in Bhubaneswar but this is definitely on our list of potential homes now. The security team seems active and the CCTV surveillance gives us some peace of mind.
