We decided to settle in Ahmedabad after retirement and found Satva 7 to be a good option. The location in Central East, Shahibaug is quite convenient with Narayana Hospital just a stone's throw away. We looked at the 3 BHK flats, the carpet area is around 1107 Sq.ft which is adequate for us. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for us. The landscaped gardens and the tree plantation give it a pleasant feel. The gymnasium is also a nice facility to have. We are happy with the quiet surroundings here.
