I purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Sarvopari for my parents who live in Ahmedabad. The plot area for the 4 BHK is quite large at 1309 Sq.yd., offering plenty of space for them. The project's proximity to Marengo CIMS Hospital, nearby, was a major deciding factor for their healthcare needs. Shayona Group’s reputation for quality construction gave me confidence. The Vastu compliant design is also important for my parents. While I haven't peonally stayed there, they mention the fountains are lovely and the amphitheater is a nice place to relax. My husband likes the idea of the indoor games zone and cricket pitch for unwinding after work. The 997 Sq.yd. Area for the 3 BHK is spacious enough for us. One thing we noticed is that traffic can get a bit congested during peak houon Shayona City Road, but it's manageable. The 24X7 water supply is definitely a plus. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
