We checked out the 3 BHK flats which are around 846 Sq.ft. The price range of 75.85 Lakh to 76.51 Lakh was within our budget. The developer, Sarva Develope, is constructing this project. It is currently under construction and expected to be completed by May 2023. The amenities list is quite good, especially the children's play area and the gymnasium. The proximity to NH 147 is also a plus for travel.
