The location on Baner Road is great, close to the Balewadi Phata Bus Stop which is nearby. Saan Aawishkar Properties is the developer. I appreciate the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance they provide. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus for me. The price for a 2 BHK is around 1.36 Crore. It's still under construction with a completion date of December 2029. Parking is closed car parking, which is good.
