Finally found a place in Baner that feels right. I picked up a 1 BHK here, the carpet area is a decent 1065 Sq.ft which is more than enough for me. Being ready to move is a huge plus, I didn't want to wait around for construction. The location on Baner Road is convenient, though traffic can get a bit bad during peak houI like that they have 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The Orchid School is right next door, which is perfect for my sister’s kids. Hublikar Constructions seem to have a good track record. Overall, it's a practical choice for someone working in the area.

We decided on Hublikar Tara Towemainly because of the proximity to The Orchid School, it’s literally nearby, which saves us so much time every morning. We looked at the 3 BHK, which has a carpet area of 1072 Sq.ft. The space seems adequate for our family of four. It's good that the project is ready to move in and the completion date was October 2024. The developer, Hublikar Constructions, has provided essential amenities like a fire fighting system and landscaping. The only downside is the parking situation; the closed car parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle, and open parking is limited. We are hoping they address this soon.

I looked at the 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 1072 Sq.ft, it should be spacious enough. The developer, Hublikar Constructions, also includes a fire fighting system for safety. The nearby Balewadi Phata Bus Stop at nearby is helpful for local travel. The only minor issue is that Baner Road can get quite congested, and I hope that doesn't become a problem for them daily.
