My wife and I recently moved into Prathamesh Sylvatica. Being in the IT field, proximity to the proposed metro station at Hinjewadi was a factor, although it's still a few kilometeaway. The 600 sq.ft carpet area for the 2 BHK is functional for us. We appreciated the solid waste management system and the video door security feature. The construction was completed in December 2019, so it's relatively new. The entrance lobby looks good, and the 24/7 security is reassuring. We are still exploring the area, but the connectivity to NH-48 is decent. Parking is closed car parking, which is a plus. The amenities like CCTV surveillance and fire fighting system are also in place.
