We looked at a few places in Central East, Ahmedabad, but this one seemed to have good value. The price range from 52.65 Lakhs felt manageable for us. It's ready to move in, which is a huge relief as we don't want to wait anymore. The Kankaria location is quite convenient, especially being close to Kankariya East Metro Station. My husband liked the idea of having a children's play area for future use. We also saw the internal roads and footpaths were well done. Overall, we are happy with the decision.
