Finding a good home for the family was the priority. Sardesai Mayflower Enclave is located close to Sunshine Worldwide School, which is only a 4-minute drive, making school runs easy. We looked at the 2 BHK flats, with sizes around 1800 sq.ft. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids. We also appreciate the 24x7 security. The only drawback is that the construction finished back in May 2013, and the OC status isn't readily available, which is a bit concerning. However, the jogging track and swimming pool are great for family recreation. The overall area is quite large.
