We purchased our villa in Raheja Viva Villas a few months ago. Being retired, we wanted a peaceful place in Goa and this seemed like a good fit. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings, and the swimming pool is well-maintained. The villa itself is quite spacious, a 3690 square foot 4 BHK, which gives us plenty of room. K Raheja Corp has a good reputation. The location in Chimbel is reasonably close to amenities like the hospital, though reaching some parts of North Goa can take a bit of time depending on traffic. Overall, it's a comfortable place for our retirement.
