The location in North Goa, Chimbel, appealed to me as it's close to Panjim, which is zero distance according to the details. I bought a 2 BHK flat, which is around 1145 square feet super builtup, giving me plenty of space to grow into. The presence of a lift and power backup is reassuring for a new homeowner like me. I also noted the solar water heating system, which is a good feature to have. The closed car parking is a definite plus. One thing I noticed is that the area around the project might get a bit congested with traffic sometimes, especially being so close to the city. However, having RG Hospital and Don Bosco Higher Secondary School within such proximity is very convenient. Devashri Nirman LLP P delivered a decent product.

Getting a place near good schools was our top priority, and Devashri Habitat is very close to Don Bosco Higher Secondary School. That was a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK configuration is perfect for our small family, with super builtup area of 1145 square feet, there is enough room. We visited the site and saw the lift and power backup facilities which are important for us. The Chimbel location is quiet, which is nice after the city bustle. The only slight worry is that RG Hospital is also zero distance away, which is convenient but sometimes you hear ambulance sirens. Other than that, the amenities like closed car parking are very practical. Devashri Nirman LLP P seems to have thought about daily needs.
