The location in Zundal, Ahmedabad is pretty good, close to Puna International School which is just a 3-minute drive. We got a 4 BHK, and it feels spacious enough for our family. Sangani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd seems to have delivered a decent product. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Other than that, the ready to move status was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. Everything seems solid so far.
