    Analysing the financial side of things, Samruddhi Gardens offea decent value proposition for the size of the units. I opted for a plot of 1150 square feet. Samruddhi Builde& Developeallowed for a very smooth documentation process with ICICI bank. The location is strategic being near the main road. I am satisfied with the technical aspects of the layout, especially the attention to ventilation and site planning. It is currently under construction, so you have to be patient. My only slight disappointment is the current lack of a readymade shopping complex inside the gates, but that is expected. The price range up to 1.6 Crores is balanced for the size and facilities offered. Hopefully the delivery timeline remains on track without any major delays.

It is quite spacious compared to what we have seen elsewhere. Samruddhi Builde& Developeassured us that there will be a badminton court and a tennis court too. The proximity to Benz Circle which is about 6 kilometeaway makes it easy to drop kids to school. We had a smooth experience getting the loan sanctioned from SBI. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project gets a bit congested during peak evening hou, but we hope that improves with time as more people move into the area.

Samruddhi Builde& Developehas included 24x7 CCTV surveillance and security, which is a major factor for me. The project is under construction, but the progress seems steady so far. I visited the site opposite to Our Place restaurant and the connectivity to AH 45 is excellent. My only concern is that since the project is large, I hope the common areas like the gymnasium and yoga area are maintained well by the management later. It is a good investment for the future.
