The proximity to Nallur Halli Metro Station, a short distance, is a huge plus for our daily commute. We also liked the children's play area; we plan to start a family soon. The security system seems robust with 24x7 guards and intercom. One thing that was a bit concerning was the traffic on ITPL Road during peak hou, but that's common in Bangalore. Overall, it seems like a good investment for young professionals.
