This is my fit flat purchase and I chose Medini Dream Meadows. I was looking for something ready to move in and Brookefield seemed like a good area. The connection to Varthur Road is quite good. I got a 4 BHK which is very large, I think it's 185000 square feet. It gives us plenty of room to grow. The developer, Medini Builde, mentioned they have other projects completed, which gave me some confidence. The price was a bit higher than I initially planned, but the size of the flat justified it for me. I am still settling in, but so far the experience has been smooth.
