We just moved into our fit villa at Prestige Regent Place and are pretty happy so far. We picked a 3 BHK which is 2165 square feet, a good size for us starting out. It's ready to move which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait. The location in Brookefield, BEML Layout is quite convenient, close to ITPL Main Road and Varthur Road. Getting around is easy. The community has a nice children's play area and a swimming pool which the kids love. The video door security feature gives us peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a safe and comfortable place to begin our homeownehip journey. We are looking forward to settling in properly and exploring all the amenities.

The community has a good children's play area and a swimming pool. The 24/7 water supply is a relief compared to our previous place. The only downside is that construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be an issue, but it's manageable. Overall, we feel it’s a good investment for our family.
