I checked out a 3 BHK apartment, the carpet area is around 1169 square feet, which is adequate for me. The project has a good number of amenities like a yoga and meditation zone, which I appreciate. The security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and smart security locks are also reassuring. The only minor issue is the approach road to the project, it feels a bit narrow and can get dusty sometimes. Prices are in the 1.5 Cr range for these units.
