We chose Samiah Green View II mainly because of its proximity to Kaushalya World School, which is nearby. This makes the morning school run so much easier. We purchased a 4 BHK apartment, which is quite large at 2495 square feet. It has ample space for our family. The project in Sector PI, Greater Noida, also offea jogging track and a swimming pool, which the kids love. The developer, Samiah International Builde, finished this project in February 2013. While it's ready to move, the nearby Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital being nearby means we need to plan for emergencies. Parking is available, but it can feel a bit tight during visiting hou

I bought a 2.5 BHK here because I wanted something ready to move. Samiah Green View II is in Sector PI, Greater Noida, which is a developing area. The best part is the 24x7 water supply and the CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. The price range for the apartments, around 40.32 Lakh to 89.82 Lakh, seemed reasonable for the amenities offered. The construction by Samiah International Buildeis quite solid. My only concern is the landscaping and tree planting – it could be greener. It’s a good project for someone looking for a decent home without too many frills, and it was completed back in February 2013. The nearby Kaushalya World School is a plus.

Connectivity is okay, with the metro station nearby, but traffic can be unpredictable. It's a decent option if you get it at the right price, considering it’s an older project.

We just moved into Samiah Green View II last month. The 2 BHK flat is 1185 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool right here is a big convenience after work. It is also Vastu compliant, which my wife insisted on. The location in Sector PI, Greater Noida is decent, not too far from the main areas. The only minor issue is that the roads around the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, taking longer to get to the metro station which is nearby. Samiah International Buildedelivered the project in February 2013, so it’s an older construction but seems well-maintained.
