    I was looking for something ready to move in and Pavnath Privilege Phase IV fit the bill. The location in Sector PI, Pi I & II, Greater Noida is decent, close enough to the GNIDA Office Metro Station which is nearby. My 2 BHK flat is 947 Sq.ft carpet area, which feels spacious enough for one peon. The piped gas connection is a nice convenience. I also appreciate the closed car parking. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hou, but overall it’s a quiet society. The swimming pool looks good, although I haven't used it much yet.

Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital being nearby offepeace of mind. The piped gas connection is also a significant convenience for our daily cooking needs. The only downside is that parking can get a bit crowded during evenings when most residents are home.

    I purchased a 3 BHK here a couple of yeaago as an investment. The carpet area for these flats ranges from 1195 Sq.ft to 1216 Sq.ft, which is quite substantial. Pavnath DevelopeLtd. Delivered this project back in 2007, so it's a well-established society now. The rental demand in Greater Noida is generally good. While the project itself is quite amenity-rich with a squash court and billiards table, the surrounding development is still ongoing, which means there can be some dust and noise sometimes. However, for the price I acquired it at, I believe it represents a solid opportunity given the potential appreciation of the area.
