I recently moved into a 2 BHK flat at Celestial Palace in Sector Pi, Greater Noida. The flat is 1050 square feet, offering ample space for one peon. Reputed Builder has equipped the project with necessary amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and 24x7 security, which are important for a single woman. The price was around 70 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable given the features. It’s convenient that Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital is also nearby. The project was ready to move in, having been completed in December 2009. My main concern is the dust on the roads in this part of Greater Noida, especially during dry spells. The mini theatre and club house are nice additions though.

Reputed Builder delivered this project back in December 2009, so it's a ready-to-move property. The price point was within my budget, around 80 Lakhs. It’s good that there is a jogging track and a club house available for residents. The proximity to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, also nearby, is a significant advantage. Power backup is also a big relief. The only thing is that the metro station is almost nearby, which makes commuting a bit longer if you rely on it. Still, a decent purchase.
