We opted for a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1450 square feet. The price was 31.99 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which is great. The location in Vasna Bhayli is decent, though traffic can be a bit heavy during peak hougetting onto the main road. The developer, Sameer Builde, seems to have completed the project by June 2023. We checked the hospital nearby too, BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is also nearby, which adds to the convenience.
