It is great that the project is ready to move, meaning we can shift soon. The location on Vasna Bhayli Road is quite accessible, with D MART and other shops nearby. Aadhya Group has included a club house and high-speed elevato, which are good additions. The price of 27.63 Lakhs for the 3 BHK was a bit higher than our initial budget, but the size and amenities justify it. The internal roads and footpaths are well-made.
