    My investment in Sangani Skyz seems promising. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, measuring about 1102 square feet, for approximately 69.77 Lakh. The project by Sangani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is located on Vasna Bhayli Road. Being ready to move in by December 2019 was a big factor for me. The project offeseveral amenities like a swimming pool and tennis court which are good for lifestyle. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs range up to 1660 square feet, which provides good space. My only concern is the traffic on Vasna Bhayli Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.

    We chose Sangani Skyz because it's so close to Navrachana International School. That was a major plus for us. The 2 BHK apartments are decent, we got one that's 750 square feet. The price was in the range of 50 Lakh. Sangani Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has provided a children's play area and landscaping which the kids love. It was ready to move by December 2019. The swimming pool is also a nice facility. However, the car parking area feels a bit cramped, especially when visiting guests arrive. We need to be careful when maneuvering our car.
