We chose Samatva Carnation for our family because of its proximity to schools. Alpha International School is nearby, making the morning rush much easier for my kids. We got a 3 BHK which is spacious at 851 sq.ft. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in quickly after finalising. The children's play area is a big hit with my little ones, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. The price was in the higher end of our budget, around 75 Lakhs, but the convenience is worth it. The balcony with glass railing is a good safety feature. The only downside is that the lift sometimes gets crowded during peak times, but it's manageable. A good choice for families.

Being teache, we value proximity to educational institutions, and Alpha International School is nearby, which is fantastic. The project is ready to move in, which was a priority for us. The price range of 60.0 L to 75.0 L was acceptable for us, and we managed to get a good deal. The entrance lobby looks quite welcoming. One thing we noticed is there's quite a bit of dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that settles down soon. We are looking forward to settling in.

The price was within my budget, around 60 Lakhs, which was a big relief. I visited the site a few times and the construction quality looked decent. They have a children's play area which is a nice touch for the future. The location in Gota is developing, and it's close to Science City Road. My only concern is that the parking area seems a bit cramped; hope it doesn't become a major issue later. Overall, a good starting point for me.
