The 2 BHK apartment I looked at, around 516 Sq.ft, is a bit small for my liking, but manageable. The price was fair, approximately 32.48 Lakh. I appreciate the 24X7 Water Supply and the presence of lifts. The security features like Gated Community and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance are reassuring. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be quite noticeable, especially during dry spells, which affects the overall ambiance. The Ahmedabad Airport being a short distance is also convenient for my frequent flights. It’s a decent property with a few trade-offs.
