    We wanted a place in Baner and Sainath Palmarius caught our eye. The 2 BHK configurations offered, especially the larger 1093 sq.ft one, gave us enough space. It's ready to move, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. The price was around 94.44 Lakh for the bigger unit, which fit our budget after considering our home loan. We liked the entrance lobby and the overall design. The Recreation Facilities and Table Tennis area are great for weekend relaxation. My only minor concern is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, but that's common in Baner.
