We considered a 2 BHK, and the carpet area is around 606 to 655 sq.ft. The price point is between 29.16 Lakh and 40.87 Lakh, which felt manageable for us. Having amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 CCTV surveillance offegood peace of mind. The area is near the Dehu-Alandi Road. What we didn't like as much was the parking situation; it seems a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. Also, the road leading to the main estate Gat no-603 Babanrao saste patil Estate can be narrow.
