Being ready to move in was a major factor for me. While it's not the closest to the PCMC Metro Station (over nearby away), the hospital is very nearby, which is convenient for my professional. The construction quality looks solid, and the Vastu compliant aspect was a plus. It feels like a secure and practical choice for a professional settling in.
