We bought a 1 BHK here mainly because it was ready to move. The carpet area is 634 square feet, which is manageable for us two. Having SNBP International School nearby was a huge plus, as we plan to start a family soon. The developer, Raghvendra Construction, seems reliable. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for weekend relaxation. My only minor gripe is that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houtrying to get to the PCMC Metro Station, which is nearby.
