We chose Sai Shri Ram Paradise in Wagholi primarily for our two children. The children's play area is a good size, and it’s close to Prodigy Public School, which is about 1.86 kilometeaway. We bought a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 962 square feet. The price was around 34.63 Lakh. It's ready to move in, which was convenient for us. Aryan Promote& Buildecompleted this project a while back. The location near JSPM College on Bakori Road is decent, but the traffic on the main road during school drop-off and pick-up times can be a nightmare. Also, the parking area seems a bit congested if you have larger vehicles. However, the power backup is reliable, and accessibility to malls is decent.
