I liked that they have provisions for energy management and rainwater harvesting. The 3 BHK apartments are a good size at 1440 Sq.ft saleable area, which should be comfortable for family visits. The construction is still underway, expected completion is November 2026. The price point around 82.8 Lakh onwards felt reasonable for Hyderabad. One small thing is the road access, you have to go through a slightly narrow lane to reach the main Hyderabad-Ramagundam Road.

We needed more space and finally found this 3 BHK at Sai Prakruthi Sai Dhana. It’s 1440 Sq.ft and feels like a good upgrade from our rental place. The location in Alwal is quite convenient, close to Pallavi Model School - Alwal which is just a short distance. Also Surekha Hospital is nearby. The developer, Sai Neeraj Constructions Ind Pvt Ltd, is building this project and it's under construction until November 2026. We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but the sales team assured us it will be managed. The price starting from 82.8 Lakh was within our reach after considering our home loan.
