I have been looking for a reliable property for a while. Sai Jeevadhara seemed like a safe bet as Sai Foundations has a decent track record. I picked a 2 BHK apartment of 977 sq.ft. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which is manageable with my salary. It is ready to move in, so no waiting period. The location is good, close to Mettukuppam Bus Stop, which is just a 2-minute walk. This makes commuting easier. The water storage facility is also a plus. The only minor issue is the lack of readily available bank loan information, making financing a bit uncertain.

Finally found a place to call our own! We bought a 2 BHK at Sai Jeevadhara, the 944 sq.ft size feels really spacious for us. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait. The price point was within our reach, around 35 Lakhs. Having Orchids The International School nearby is great for future planning. We also liked the paved compound and the temple within the premises. My only small concern is the traffic on OMR can get a bit much during peak hou, but we are managing. The service lift is also a helpful amenity.

We purchased a 1 BHK here last month. The built-up area is 684 sq.ft, which is quite standard. Sai Foundations completed this project back in June 2014, so it's ready to move in. The budget of around 30 Lakhs fit our financial planning perfectly. Location on OMR is decent, close to the main road which is convenient. I checked the construction quality, seems solid enough for the price. Parking is available, which is essential. Rainwater harvesting is a good feature to have, especially in Chennai. Overall, a practical choice for an investment property.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable place closer to my children in Chennai. Sai Jeevadhara on OMR caught my eye. I bought a 1 BHK, 684 sq.ft, for about 30 Lakhs. It's ready to move in, which is perfect. The project was completed in 2014. I appreciate the amenities like the gazebo and the paved compound, it gives a pleasant feel. The proximity to Cloudnine Hospital is also reassuring. My only worry is the dust from the ongoing construction in the wider OMR area, though it doesn't seem to affect the project directly. The car parking is adequate.

The car parking space provided is a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle, which is something to consider. The paved compound is nice though.

The price was around 37 Lakhs, which is reasonable for the area. Sai Foundations delivered this project some time ago, and it is ready to move in. My parents will appreciate the temple within the compound and the gazebos for relaxing. Rainwater harvesting is a good environmental feature. Getting OC details was a bit difficult, but they assured us it's in process.
