My husband and I were looking for a modern 3 BHK in Hyderabad. Sai Ganeshaa Mansion in Kushaiguda caught our eye. The 1495 sq.ft flat was a good size for us, and the price was around 83.72 Lakh. We liked the idea of it being ready to move. Sai Ganeshaa Constructions has equipped the project with amenities like closed car parking and a sewage treatment plant. The proximity to ECIL X Road Bus Terminal is very convenient for our daily commutes. While the construction looks good, I did notice some dust around the site, which is common for ongoing work nearby. It’s a good investment for a young couple starting out.

The price for the 3 BHK flats, ranging from 83.72 Lakh to 85.68 Lakh, seemed quite steep for the built-up area of 1495 to 1530 sq.ft. While the developer, Sai Ganeshaa Constructions, has completed other projects, the OC status not being available yet is a concern for me. The location in Kushaiguda is decent, with schools and hospitals nearby. They offer amenities like rainwater harvesting and STP. However, for the investment, I expected a slightly better price point or more compelling unique selling propositions beyond just being ready to move.

Finally found a decent 3 BHK in Secunderabad. Sai Ganeshaa Mansion looked good because it's ready to move. I visited the site and the 1530 sq.ft flat felt spacious enough for me. The location in Kushaiguda is pretty convenient for my commute. I liked that they have solid waste management and water conservation systems in place. The price was a bit high for my budget, around 85.68 Lakh, but it’s a good area. Parking is closed car parking, which is a plus. Overall, it seems like a solid option for someone working in Hyderabad.

We looked at the 3 BHK, 1530 sq.ft flat, and it’s quite spacious. The price range is between 83.72 Lakh to 85.68 Lakh, which was manageable for us. Sai Ganeshaa Constructions has provided good amenities like a playground area and 24x7 water supply. It is ready to move, so we can settle in quickly. The only slight issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houaround Kushaiguda, but it’s manageable.
