My parents will be moving into this flat, so I wanted something comfortable and well-located. Saha Opulence Phase A in Sector-150, Noida seemed like a good option. The 4 BHK configuration gives them plenty of space, and the 1824 square feet carpet area is more than enough. It's ready to move, which is great because I can't be there for the entire process. The price of 1.09 Crore onwards is within our budget for a decent sized apartment in Noida. I’ve heard good things about Saha Estate DevelopePrivate Limited from friends. The only concern is the distance to the hospital, which is nearby, but hopefully, they won't need it often. Otherwise, it seems like a good place for them.
