I am considering a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1145 square feet. The project by Saha Estate DevelopePrivate Limited is under construction, with completion slated for March 2027. The proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is a plus for travel. I did notice a lot of traffic on the expressway during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern. Power backup is also listed as an amenity, which is important for busy professionals like myself. Overall, a promising option.

The 4 BHK apartment we are looking at has a spacious 1824 square feet carpet area, which is great for when family visits. The project is still under construction with a completion date around March 2027. We saw the fire sprinkleand the plans for 24x7 water supply, which are essential. The metro station Sector 148 is nearby, which is okay for us as we mostly drive. Prices are not out yet, but we hope it fits our budget.
