    We chose Sagar Isha because of its excellent location for our kids. St Theresa's ICSE School is right at nearby, and Indiana Hospital is also at nearby, which is incredibly convenient. We are looking at a 2 BHK, around 1100 square feet. The project is under construction, with delivery expected in May 2028. The developer, Sagar Properties, has included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and garbage disposal, which are crucial for family living. The connection to the Edapally-Panvel Highway is also a plus for weekend trips. My only concern is the parking situation as construction progresses; hopefully, it will be adequate once completed.

Sagar Properties has also provided good facilities like power backup and solid waste management, which are important. The area in Maroli seems to be developing well. My main hesitation is the current noise levels from the construction site, which can be a bit disruptive during the day, but we are told it will improve.
