The location in Maroli, Mangalore is strategically close to NH 66, facilitating easy access to different parts of the city and beyond. Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is also just a minute away, which is a significant advantage. The project by MB Suvarna Buildeand Developeis ready for move-in. While the price is competitive for the area and amenities like lifts and power backup, I found the parking space to be a bit restrictive, especially for multiple vehicles. Still, a decent buy.

It's convenient because Pumpwell Bus Stop is a short distance, making travel easy. MB Suvarna Buildeand Developeoffered this ready-to-move unit. The amenities include lifts and power backup, which are good. My only minor concern is the surrounding area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing construction nearby. Otherwise, I am happy with my fit investment.
