As a business owner, I look for convenience and value. Nest offered a 3 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1465 Sq.ft for around 44 Lakh. The location in Maroli, Mangalore is strategically close to NH 66, facilitating easy access to different parts of the city and beyond. Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is also just a minute away, which is a significant advantage. The project by MB Suvarna Buildeand Developeis ready for move-in. While the price is competitive for the area and amenities like lifts and power backup, I found the parking space to be a bit restrictive, especially for multiple vehicles. Still, a decent buy.

The price point, starting from 35.19 Lakh, was very attractive. It's very convenient that Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is just a minute away. We also appreciate the power backup facility. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a slight worry for future resale value. Construction quality appeasolid. Overall, it's a decent property for the price paid.

It's convenient because Pumpwell Bus Stop is a short distance, making travel easy. MB Suvarna Buildeand Developeoffered this ready-to-move unit. The amenities include lifts and power backup, which are good. My only minor concern is the surrounding area can be a bit dusty due to ongoing construction nearby. Otherwise, I am happy with my fit investment.
